We just released our latest version 2011.13.13. This release squashes the following bugs:

W2 forms - Adjusted size of W2 Box 14 to conform to form printing restrictions.

W2 forms - Issue where last name was duplicated on continuous forms and the Middle initial/suffix was not being printed.

Note: You must purchase the software every year. After you install your 2011 software, periodically check for updates during the active tax season.

It's important to get into the habit of regualrly checking for updates. If you are experiencing problems with the software it is always a good idea to install the latest updates first. Chances are the updates will correct the errors you're experiencing.

Check for Updates Regularly

  1. Open the tax software
  2. Select the Check for updates option from the Help file menu

  3. Make sure you have an active internet connection then click the Check for Updates button

  4. If updates are found they will automatically install
