If you are not able to view all the information on the form it could be your DPI or Display setting are set on Medium or Larger. This will effect all the icon on your desktop.

Selecting DPI in Window 7 and 8
1. On your desktop Right Click on an area without any icons or files to open up the sub-menu to: Select Personalize
2. Towards the bottom left corner of the new window select Display
3. Change Setting to Smaller 100% (default)
