The Product Key will be printed on the CD Sleeve using a format "1234 5678 CD22" - Depending on where you purchase the software from the product key could be directly on the CD or inside the Quick Start Guide (For Laser Link XL and ACA only).
In order for our Tech Support Team to provide you with the Product Key for the Software, we require the following information:
Proof of Purchase showing vendor and software purchased (we are not able to look up purchase orders from vendors)
Please Attach the Proof of Purchase to the Support Ticket for our agents to review and reply back with the Product Key.
