Is the Software Properly Installed on the Computer?

Please follow below instructions if you installed the software but you do not see the software icon on the desktop: 

1. Open Windows File Explorer
   
   
2. Open your C:\ Drive
   
   
3. Open Program Files (x86) folder
   
   
4. Next verify that you have the program files folder:  Laser Link for 20XX, TFP for 20XX, TaxRight for 20XX or ACA for 20XX
5. If you do not locate or have the program files folder in this default location, the software may not have installed properly.  Please uninstall the software & re-install (See link below)
