How to Create Transmittal Forms in the ACA Software: 1094-B and 1094-C

1) Click Forms from the menu bar and then select 1094-B or 1094-C from the Transmittal Form section at the bottom of the list.

2) Select company from the Company drop-down menu.

 4) Click Save

Note: If filing ACA Form 1095-B, you do not need to file Form 1094-B. As part of our e-file process, we compile the summary data required on Form 1094-B and transmit it along with your 1095-B forms. If filing ACA Form 1095-C, you MUST file form 1094-C. eFile does not automatically compile the summary data required on this form.
