EFile - Starts transmitting the data to the IRS/SSA Mid January as soon as the IRS opens up the portal. The Federal Copy will be electronically submitted to the IRS/SSA as that time.

In cases where March 31st falls on a weekend or a Federal holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next business day.
You will receive an confirmation when your forms have been submitted/accepted by the IRS/SSA.
At times it could take weeks for the IRS/SSA to accept your order, but as long as your order was submitted before the electronic filing deadline for the form type January 31st or March 31st, your filing were submitted on time.
