If your forms have already been printed/mailed no credit is issued to your account the service has already been completed. If you Delete/Void a form the credit is not added back to your account.
Please review all Form(s), prior to Deleting as this can not be un-done. Also, it is highly important to review and edit any Tax Forms prior to submitting to verify all information is correct. Once you place order & Form(s) have been filed, you will not be able to cancel/void.
1) Log In to account on E-File Site
2) From Main Dashboard page select "Forms in Progress"
3) Locate Tax Form and click on three dots icon (...) & select "Delete Form".
NOTE: If you only need to change information on Form, proceed to use "Edit Form" link.
