All forms are mailed from CA via US Postal Service to the recipient/employee only.
Please verify the address is correct on the forms you submitted. The forms will be returned back to the filer/employer if the address is incorrect. Another possible reasons are they were delayed due to weather conditions or lost in the mail by the USPS. This unfortunately is out of our control.
