Recipients have not received forms in mail

If you selected E-File, Print & Mail or Print & Mail service, then recipient copies are mailed out by US Postal Service and could experience delay's due to weather conditions. Please allow 7-14 business days for the recipients to receive their copy.
You can verify the address is correct on the 1099/W-2 or ACA form.  Any forms that are undelivered will be returned to the Payer by USPS. 
If your recipient’s have not received their forms, it could also be possible that they were lost in the mail by the United State Postal Service. (Contact USPS for further information). 

If you are not sure which efile site you used to E-File your form(s), in the software select: Help tab "About this Program" your efile site URL Web Address is listed there. Select the URL Web Address link to be directed to the E-File site. Next log in using the same email and password you created in the software.

From the E-File Site Dashboard screen, select  "Filings" then click on Filed to view your filed form(s). You can print a PDF of filed tax form which you can then send to your recipient(s). 

You will only be able to print Payer and Recipient copies. Federal copy will be electronical filed with the transmittal.
