Please review your email “Order Confirmation” you received when you submitted you order.
Efile, Print & Mail - Select E-File, Print & Mail to have your form(s) e-filed to the IRS and/or SSA and copies sent to your recipients.
These copies can be physically mailed or electronically delivered if email address was provided. (not available when efile through the software - for this option the account owner would need to update all the recipients information on the efile site).
Efile Only - Select E-File only to have your form(s) e-filed to the IRS and/or SSA. Copies will NOT be sent to your recipients. You are responsible for making sure recipients receive their copies.
Print and Mail - Select Print & Mail only to have your form(s) mailed to your recipients. NO FORMS will be efile to the IRS! Also, IRS copies are NOT available for print! You will need to submit forms to the IRS yourself.
You will not be able to change the type of service after you check out.
To view the status of your forms and the service you selected, open your software program under the Efile tab select "Check Status of E-file Forms". Log in with your email and password this will launch you to the efile site you efile your forms with, form the Dashboard select Filings hover select Filed Forms page to view the status of your order.
Under Manage Account select Billing & Invoices to see the service you selected.
Form Status - In Progress you have not file your forms - Pending us transmitting to the IRS/SSA - In File ( transmitted to the IRS/SSA)
Federal Filing - Pending or Accepted will be the date transmitted or Accepted
State Filing - Customer selected this option we offer Direct to State for a few states only. Additional cost for this service.
Delivery Status - Select Efile, Print and Mail or Print and Mail
