  2. Operating System

Look at the very top of the item column for "OS Name".

The value of this item is your current Operating System.

  3. 32-bit or 64-bit OS (Windows 10)

Look in the item column for "System Type".

The value of this item will tell you whether your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit:

    • x86-based PC: It’s a 32-bit computer.
    • x64-based PC: It’s a 64-bit computer.

You can view a summary of important info about your PC by opening System in Control Panel. You can see basic hardware info, such as your PC name, and you can also change important system settings.

  • Open System by swiping in from the right edge of the screen, tapping Search (or if you're using a mouse, pointing to the upper-right corner of the screen, moving the mouse pointer down, and then clicking Search), entering System in the search box, and tapping or clicking System.

(NOTE: We highly recommend to have your IT Administrator review your computer system information and make any system setting changes as needed)
