How to Submit Forms In Progress (uploaded to e-file site but not yet processed)

Submit Forms in Progress:

When e-filing through the software, once your forms are uploaded to the e-file site, they are placed on the Forms in Progress page. From here, you must select your forms to add to the cart in order to checkout and submit them. You can always leave forms on the Forms in Progress page until you are ready to check them out, for example if you are filing for more than one payer. Follow these steps to access the Forms in Progress page from the software.

 

1) Click E-File from the menu bar and then click Submit Forms in Progress.

 2) A web browser will open, logging you in to your e-file account and navigating you to the Forms in Progress page. Select forms by clicking in box next to the form description or the Payer Name which will place a checkmark within the box. (NOTE: We highly recommend to use "EDIT FORM" link in this screen to review all data on forms for accuracy prior to E-Filing)

 

 

 

3)  Next select the service option E-File Print & Mail or E-File Only or Print & Mail Only, then click Add to Cart

 

 

4) Once the forms are in the shopping cart, you will select forms by once again clicking in box next to forms description or Payer Name. Next click Proceed to Checkout.


 

5) You will now be in Checkout screen. Next please enter all Billing Information & click on Save & Continue 

 

6) Next click on Place Order (NOTE: E-Filing is not complete until you Place Order)
