Clearing Cookies & Cache (Google Chrome):
1. Click the customize and control Google Chrome menu (three dots in the upper right corner of Chrome Web Browser)
2. Select “Settings” or Select “Delete Browsing Data”.
3. Select “Advanced” settings.
4. Verify Time Range set to “all time” and only check mark “Browsing History”, “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached images and files” then Clear Data.
NOTE: Do not check mark “Passwords and other sign-in-data”.
6. Close Chrome and re-launch the Web Browser.
Turning off Pop-Ups Blocker (Google Chrome):
1. Click on the customize and control Google Chrome menu (three dots in the upper right corner of Chrome Web Browser)
2. Select Settings
3. Type POP in search field box
4. Select “Site Settings” and you should see POP highlighted
5. Select “Pop-ups and redirects”
6. Select & activate “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects”
Note: By scrolling downward on this page you will see option to add the URL web address of the site under “Allowed to send pop-ups or use redirects”.
