It is important to be on latest version of Web Browser when using software or E-File Site Platform. Below you will find instructions for commonly used browsers.
Google Chrome:
1. Click on Three Dots in upper right section of Browser
2. Select "Settings"
3. Select "About Chrome"
FireFox:
1. Click on Three Lines in upper right section of Browser
2. Select "Settings"
3. Scroll to locate "FireFox Updates"
Note: We highly recommend to fully close out and re-launch Web Browser after completing update. Please contact your IT Admin and/or Dept if you're running alternate browser to make needed updates. Our online E-File Site supports Chrome 21 and higher, FireFox 14 and higher. Also current versions of Safari & Edge.
