If you purchased a previous year software CD disc & do not have CD/DVD drive on new PC, you can download both previous & current year software by going to > Formstax
Note > CD disc no longer available as ALL software will be download "Only".

In the Subject Line Enter:
- Download
Inside the Help Ticket description please include:
- Software purchase details including product key code
- Reason why you are requesting the software digital installer
Attach the Following to Help Ticket:
- Proof of Purchase such as Receipt, invoice or packing slip displaying Software Title and Re-Seller/Vendor when submitting Help Ticket (Screen Shot or Scanned/Photo Image)
Once our support team receives your request and verifies the information in the Help Ticket, we will respond with further instructions.
