Please review the below step-by-step guide which will walk you through the process of creating 941.
How to Create (941 - Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return Form):
1) Open your TaxRight or LaserLink or ACA software and select "Help" tab from top Menu. Next Select "About LaserLink for 2025 or About TaxRight for 2025" or About 2025 ACA Software".
2) Select "E-File Site" link or copy & paste into your Web Browser to be re-directed to site.
3) Proceed to Log In to E-File site using your credentials and select "Continue".
NOTE: If you do not recall your password please use "Forgot Password" link as needed. If you do not have an existing E-File Account please proceed to create one. See > How-to-Sign-Up-on-the-Site
4) From Main Dashboard, click on "Select Form" under Create a Form and select 2025 Form 941.
5) Proceed to Select Employer and Check Mark Report for the Quarter box and fill out form, then "Save".
Note: Select "Continue to Schedule B" as needed for semi-weekly deposit schedule and complete then "Save".

6) Form will now be in Forms in Progress and Select Form by placing check mark in box.
7) Proceed to Select filing option and click "Add to Cart" and "Proceed to Checkout".
Note: E-File Only will be only filing option for 941.
8) Enter all Billing Details as required and when ready select "Place Order".
Note: We highly recommend to always verify you have completed Form(s) correctly prior to placing order.
