We have support articles built into the software that will guide you step by step from installing your software to e-filing tax forms. Please review the - Quick Help, On-Screen Instructions or under the Help tab located at top menu bar within the software & select LaserLink for 20XX /TaxRight for 20XX/ACA for 20XX User Guide", you will then notice we have many self help articles to use or you can submit a help ticket.
If you are using a different tax software program other than ours and have questions regarding: installation, printing, forms you purchased but not aligning, etc. please contact the tax software provider.
