The Product Key Code, also known as "Access Code", will be on card insert. It is a set of numbers and letters.
Example: 1234 5678 AA90
The Key Code will vary based on where you purchased software from and in previous years key code would be located on the CD sleeve, CD or inside the Quick Start Guide for ACA only, however ALL software is now download only as we no longer offer CD Disc.
In order for our Tech Support Team to provide you with the Product Key Code for the Software, we require Proof of Purchase. Please provide one of the following:
- Store receipt showing vendor/re-seller name & Full Name of software title purchased
- Invoice or packing slip with vendor/re-seller name & Full Name of software
Note: We are not able to look up purchase orders from vendors/re-sellers.
