If you are not able to view all the information on the form it could be your DPI or Display setting are set on Medium or Larger. This will effect all the icon on your desktop.
Note: Software requires Windows 10 or higher
Selecting DPI Setting for Windows 10:
1. Right Click an empty area on the desktop and then select Display settings from the menu
2. Under Scale and Layout, locate Change the size of text, apps and other items
3. Use the drop down menu to change value and set to 100%
4. Re-boot your computer system to ensure everything uses the new setting
Selecting DPI Setting for Windows 11:
1. Right Click an empty area on the desktop
2. Select Display Settings
3. Under Scale and Layout, locate Scale Change the size of text, apps, and other items
4. Use the dropdown menu to change value to (100%) recommended
5. Re-boot your computer system to ensure everything uses the new setting
