Error generates within Windows Environment and may be due to a previous Microsoft Windows update or not having Full Admin Rights when attempting to install the Software. In addition the Antivirus/Firewall/ or Anti-Malware may be blocking either the software install or any required Software Update which runs when launching the Software.
Trouble Shooting Steps:
1. Complete Full Re-Boot of computer system
2. Run software setup file as Administrator by right clicking the setup file and select Run as Administrator (Say Yes, if you receive "do you want to allow this app to make changes)

If still receiving error proceed to step 3
3. Please install .NET Framework 4.5 or higher independently if not installed
4. Temporarily disable Antivirus/Firewall/Anti-Malware & run the install setup file as Admin & any Software Update
5. Contact your IT Admin and/or Dept if your still getting the error so they may review system settings.
