This Support Article will cover several various Errors which may generate while using your software. It is important to always create & save back up files to local drive or flash drive to prevent losing your data.

Unhandled Exception Error (Special Characters):
Can occur if there are Special Characters in the Payer Name or address field. Delete any Special Characters and try to Save.
Unhandled Exception Error (No such host is known):
Can occur due to not having sufficient permission levels on computer system when printing or using software. The Software requires Full Admin Rights in order for it to function correctly. Please contact your IT Admin and/or Dept for assistance.
NOTE: In addition, it is always best to run software as Admin. Right click software icon on desktop and select "Run as Administrator" and you MUST be on most recent Software Release Version.

Unhandled Exception The input string" was not in a correct format (W3 Tax Form):
If you receive this error below when entering box 15 State data & saving W3 Transmittal Form in software please close out this error message. You will be able to proceed to Tax Form Printing screen and print W3 as needed with State information. However, you must select State from drop down list under W-3 Information.

DBNull Error:
If you receive the DBNull error which may generate when attempting to select recipient in Tax From Screen within software, please Uninstall/Reinstall software. Note: Recommend creating/saving back up file prior to Uninstalling Software.
