If you installed the software; however, you do not see the software icon on the desktop.
- Verify that the software has been installed properly by:
- Opening up your file explorer or my computer
- Go into your C:\ Drive
- Select Program Files (x86) folder
- In this folder Verify that you have the program files folder: Laser Link for 20XX, TFP for 20XX, TaxRight for 20XX or ACA for 20XX
- If you do not have the folders in this default location the software may not have installed properly. Please uninstall the software by following the links below and reinstall the software:
