Is the Software Properly Installed on the Computer?

If you installed the software; however, you do not see the software icon on the desktop.

  1. Verify that the software has been installed properly by:
  2. Opening up your file explorer icon.PNG or my computer

  3. Go into your C:\ Drive drive.PNG

  4. Select Program Files (x86) folderUntitled.png

  5. In this folder Verify that you have the program files folder:  Laser Link for 20XX, TFP for 20XX, TaxRight for 20XX or ACA for 20XX
  6. If you do not have the folders in this default location the software may not have installed properly.  Please uninstall the software by following the links below and reinstall the software:
