Is Software Properly Installed on Computer?

Please follow below instructions if you installed the software but you do not see the software icon on the desktop: 

1. Right click your Windows Start button & Select "File Explorer"  
    
2. Open your (C:) Local Disk Drive
    
3. Open Program Files (x86) folder
    
4. Next verify that you have the software folder titled Laser Link for 20XX, TaxRight for 20XX or ACA for 20XX, within the Program Files (x86) folder. 
5. If you do not locate or do not have the software folder within the Program Files (x86) folder, then the software may not have installed properly.  Please un-install the software & re-install.
